Please note, most of our artists are booked out for one month or more at time, this form is not intended for those seeking appointments sooner than that, remember that good art is worth waiting for, and it is a good sign for an artist to be booked out!

Please give us as much detail as possible regarding your tattoo idea so we can best match you with an artist. You should hear back within one week of submitting your form.

Consultations can be done through text or in person, during a consultation you will have the opportunity to:

-Get an estimate for your tattoo

-Discuss your design ideas and get feedback

-Ask your artists any questions about their process

-Drop a deposit and book your appointment
